ARGENT VIRTUEL BITCOIN

  • 2012 Asilomar Quilt Camp Join a group of EBHQ members for unstructured quilting time at Asilomar Conference Grounds, a wonderful ocean front retreat along the shoreline of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary in Pacific Grove. This, our ninth year, we will be able to enjoy five days and four nights. Our group starts on Wednesday afternoon, July 11. We can enjoy Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with departure after lunch on Sunday, July 15, 2012, the cost is $650 per person. This covers your shared room for five days and four nights, all meals, and our assigned workroom. Again, our assigned double rooms are in the North Woods, close to Heather, with table space for 32 people. A copy of the form is available.

EBHQ is centered in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. It was founded in 1978 and has almost 500 members.

The purpose of EBHQ is to preserve and continue the traditions, culture and history of quilting; to promote fellowship among interested persons in all aspects of quilting; to contribute to the knowledge of and to promote appreciation of fine quilts; to sponsor and support quilting activities; to encourage quilt making and collection; and to contribute to the growth of knowledge of quilting techniques, textiles, patterns and quilt makers through educational meetings and travel.

EBHQ provides a wide range of activities for its membership. The monthly meetings feature outstanding speakers from all over the quilting world. Workshops are offered on a variety of quilting topics. Twice a month, members can get together and work on projects at "Drop - Ins." Community Service activities are supported by creating quilts for children in need. EBHQ’s next show, Voices in Cloth 2012, Extraordinary Quilts by the Bay, will take place on March 17th & 18th, at Craneway Pavilion, on the Richmond waterfront.
